Technical Specifications - Venues

We need:-


  1. -Seating outside the tent for up to 30 people.

- Access to 2(two) 13 amp plug points

-5 Hours to set up (assuming easy access)

- 3 Hours to take down (assuming easy access)

The performances take place inside a dome shaped calico tent.

We need a clear, level space that is:-

7 m wide

11m deep

2.8 m high


Note: The tent occupies an area 7m x 7m, the additional area

requested is where the audience assemble before they enter the tent.

The audience gather outside the tent.


We introduce ourselves and explain what will be happening.


We then take the audience into the tent

2 or 3 at a time.

small worlds was created for children aged 5 - 11 and their Families.

Immediately after the performance there is an opportunity for the children and adults to ask questions and see how the puppets and effects are created.


The total experience for each group lasts at least 1 hour.

The average capacity for Family audiences is 28.

The average capacity for School groups is 30 children and up to 5 adults.

Lighting:-


We are completely-self contained with regard to sound and lighting systems.


If the space does not have blackout we have a second “light tight” skin we can use to cover the tent.


If the space does have blackout, and lights, we will need the assistance of a technician in order to illuminate the tent and the area where the audience gather.

Publicity:-


We can supply a maximum of 400 A5 flyers and 20 A4 posters.

NB Overprinting is the responsibility of the venue at no extra cost to the company.
